So, for a brunchy type meal, I had leftover spicy chickpeas I had made, which I put on a fenugreek wrap, added sauteed onions, some of that salsa from the day before, and vegan feta, and then I put another wrap on top. Then I lightly fried it on both sides, and had a sort of crunch wrap. I also quickly sauteed some kale and garlic for a veggie side. 

For dinner, I went out for Japanese with a friend, and totally indulged. I had veggie pizza (not like an Italian pizza - a sushi version); steamed veggie gyoza, and a veggie planet roll.  (I don't know exactly what's in it, but it's fried deliciousness). 

I also "finished" this piece - which I've been working on, on and off for the last 4 years - but I don't think it's quite done? I think I need to feather up that bird.
