So, I decided to actually *use* my dull diaries, to track my meals  (I'm trying to figure out what I do cook regularly, what I should cook regularly, and the new recipes I try.)

I'm also going to post pictures from my walks with Riley and my walks on my own, maybe talk about my fitness attempts and ongoing weight loss project. I have been tracking these things through notebooks and journals - but why not have it all in one place? Ain't nobody here but us chickens. ;) 

So, today's unappetizing photo (lol) - this was actually really yummy, even if it wasn't pretty. 

I had a pita, smeared with hummous, toum, vegan feta, and bottled antipasta (with the oil squeezed out). My sides were leftover broccoli and cabbage from the day before. 

It wasn't pretty, but it was yummy!

Since I'm posting from the future, I can't actually remember what I had the rest of the day, or what I did or..? lol

I walked 5.8 km though. I'm doing my usual 2,025 km in 2025, and have also joined a 100km in January challenge. To reach both goals, I have to do 5.5 km per day, which seems pretty doable. 

We'll see!
