Oooohhh January 8 was a doozy!
I can't remember what I ate for breakfast or lunch (it was probably brunch); but I had a tofu burger from Farm Boy, and made some awesome sides and yummy accompaniments for it.
On the burger itself, I had toum (from Farmboy), jarred roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and sauteed mushrooms.
For sides, I had coleslaw with a home-made dressing (rice vinegar, gojuchung, and way too much sugar); sweet pickles, purple sweet potato fries, and sauteed squash.
