I didn't feel like eating all day (Saturday is the day I lie in bed all day); so I ate nothing until dinner time, at which time I attempted a "chow mein" inspired by my finding a packet of "chow mein" sauce. 

So I sliced off a chunk of tofu and cut it into cubes, lightly tossed them in seasoned rice flour (garlic powder, s&p) and fried them until crispy on all sides. I also sauteed some squash, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, onion, and fresh chili peppers. While I was doing all of that, I prepared chow mein noodles per the package directions, and then combined it all with the sauce.

I didn't think to take a picture, because I didn't decide to keep track of my meals until tonight - but here's a pic of the snow?
